Project: Single B Cell Analysis
Sophia completed her undergraduate degree at Case Western Reserve University and earned her doctorate in Toxicology from the University of Montana in 2017. Her research interests (and past projects) include malaria, nanoparticulate toxicity, and eosinophilic asthma. Currently, she is investigating the phenomenon of B cell cross-reactivity as part of the Altin Lab. Sophia is new to the genomics world but brings a strong background in flow cytometry to the team.
"Good antibodies come from happy B cells."
