About Jorge
Jorge hails from Mexico, where he first earned his Bachelor's degree from the Autonomous University of Hidalgo and later his Doctorate from IPN in Mexico City. He has a strong academic background in virulence and pathogen-host interaction, particularly with regards to the study of bacterial nanostructures involved in intestinal and systemic diseases. As part of the Altin Lab Group, Jorge studies the mechanisms of cancer immunotherapy.
