About Erin

Erin completed her Master's degree in Biological Sciences at Northern Arizona University under the advisement of Dr. Paul Keim. Her graduate project applied Next Generation Sequencing and Statistical Learning techniques to predict antibiotic resistance phenotypes in clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. During her graduate studies in Biology, she developed an interest in computing and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Informatics and Computing at NAU while working as a Bioinformatician at TGen.
