About Caroline

Caroline is a proud graduate of Purdue University, and she went on to earn her Master's degree at West Virginia U. She is eager to get to the fun stuff and generate some publishable data; but in the meantime, she has done extensive optimization of TCR amplification protocols. So far, she's concluded that purified cells are the best input sample for immune repertoire science.
