Project: Pan-viral PepSeq
Alejandra is a visiting scientist from the Ladner Lab at NAU. As a bridge between the Altin Lab and one of our closest collaborators, she contributes to multiple projects by running our PepSeq assay and working on the computational side of data analysis. Alejandra's interest in viral pathogens, as well as her interest in computational biology, drove her Master's project: a pilot study utilizing PepSeq technology to map virus-associated health disparities.
"This lab is where I completed my Master's degree project by successfully demonstrating the efficacy of our PepSeq assay!"
